Year Anniversary - who knew

Well, apparently I have offically been here for a year now. I had Fella pop up and say this. Has a year really passed? It feels like such a short time. Where was I a year ago? Sitting in the same spot, joining dA obviously xD

So here's cake for it. :cake: I could go on about how much my art has changed, where I am heading as a person, what my life might be like after 2 years here. But I don't know if it is neccesary. I am sure even reading to here is probably already losing your attention.

The massive auction is still on - just me being me, I keep on sort of putting the starting date further and further back. So I shall set an official auction starting date as NOVEMBER 30th. I may put the auctioning horses up sooner, in which case the applications for them may start earlier. There will be a journal with much more information soon.

Japan trip. One of the best things that have happened in my life. If your school offers you the chance to go overseas - take it. Yes, it did cost nearly 4 grand, but it is something that you will probably never get to do again. And alteast you will be going with people you semi know, rather than watching random people bump into you while you are on a trip by yourself. I haven't uploaded any photo's yet, but I plan to. I got some goodies.

I have exams coming up in two weeks. Then I am at the end of year 11, and on to year 12. Slightly daunting thought. But I am ready. I will then have 8 weeks of sweet summer holidays. Bring on the sunburn.

Art wise, my plan of drawing while on the Japan plane didn't work out because I forgot to take an erazer, and that really stumps you. And it wasn't like I could just ';pop out' and get one. Not however high up I was. I plan to enter =life-d-sign's Masquerade with Aman and possibly Gunfire. We will see. I am starting to draw cats. The one I posted was my first proper attempt and it didn't phail *happy squee*. Working on Watercolour pencils at the moment. I just need to finish colouring, then put water on it. I am afraid what monster I might turn it in to (as I am actually quite pleased with how it is turning out). Doing some digital stuff too. I will try to finish something and get it up soon. I have done this really nice lineart and I want to colour it now. (I am much better with digital colouring too - thankfully).

Currently I am addicted to a site called Pocket Puma Pets. ~Splitcat got me all addicted. A pocket puma is a tiny cat that can fit in the palm of your hand. They are very intellegent too. It is currently in Beta, but I have a few invites if people are really interested. I only have a few though, so if you really are interested lemme know.

Love goes out to all my watchers (49 - eek! 1 til 50!). Especially you guys that are reading this.

Off to do homework.
